In 1999, I established Finer Preserves with one goal in mind - to produce the very best in home-made foods, made with the finest ingredients to traditional recipes. The difference is in every bite. Perfect spicy chutneys to compliment cheese, or jams to savour with hot buttered scones. Our range of Olive Oils are wonderful whether used on salads and pizzas or simply to decorate a kitchen shelf. Everything is hand made, in my own domestic kitchen by myself. I refuse to compromise on quality, and insist on small batches, with ‘open pan’ cooking method. I feel sure you will taste the difference!

Finer Preserves are delighted to have been awarded three Gold Taste Awards for their Coarse Grain Honey Mustard, Nearly Seedless Raspberry Jam, and Brinjal Pickle at the 2005 Taste Awards in London. 

We have won a Silver for our Carrot Chutney and a Bronze Award for Raspberry & Redcurrant Jam at the 2006 Taste Awards.
