An interesting combination of fruits – a ‘more awake’ flavour
than the Apricot by itself, good served with cold hams, game
pies, cheese & pates.

is good with any meat – or
just eaten from the jar!

Carrot
Chutney
This actually bears little or no resemblance in taste to the
humble carrot. Never the less, it is the most delicious chutney,
which is
good in all sorts of sandwiches as well as with cold meats & cheese!
I made this one in a bid to capture the flavours of the Marks & Spencer
Wensleydale Cheese & Carrot Chutney sandwiches – many
of my customers had tried in vain to purchase the chutney but
M&S
don’t sell it……
Ingredients: Carrots,
vinegar, sugar, raisins, cornflour, cracked pepper, ginger, cinnamon.

ginger, salt, cayenne pepper.
