Lemon
Preserve
This is exactly the same as Lemon Curd and Lemon Cheese, but due to EU regulations,
I am unable to call it either, as I do not put sufficient sugar to meet the regulations!
As you have probably guessed by now, this is full of Lemon flavour and good enough
to eat straight out of the jar!! If you don’t want to do that, why not
spread over hot buttered toast, fill little pastry cases and bake them to make
lemon curd tarts, mix with cream and sandwich between two sponges or mix with
natural yogurt and freeze to make lemon icecream – quite delicious! NB
this product has a maximum shelf life of 6 weeks and must be kept refrigerated.
Ingredients: Sugar, eggs, lemon & butter.

Curd
This has a much smoother, more subtle flavour than it’s sister, Lemon
Preserve. It can be used much the same as the lemon, however, if making the
ice-cream, try adding some seed of the Passion Fruit or a splash of Cointreau
for a totally indulgent dessert! NB this product has a maximum shelf life of
6 weeks and must be kept refrigerated.
Ingredients: Sugar, eggs, orange,
lemon & butter.

Sauce
This sauce has a multitude of uses: it is sweet, smooth and creamy, and everyone
loves it. Used as the sauce for ‘sticky toffee pudding’; to pour
over profiteroles, ice cream or meringues. Try it poured over warm pancakes stuffed
with cinnamon stewed apples and fresh cream – has even been purchased as
a body paint!!!!!
Ingredients: Sugar, syrup, cream & butter.

for Vegetarians and those on Gluten Free Diets
