Jellies

My jellies are all naturally set, so are sometime a ‘soft set’. I use a small steam juice extractor, so avoiding the addition of any water, resulting in a very intense flavour.

Blackcurrant Jelly
The same as the Blackcurrant Jam without the bits!
Ingredients: Blackcurrants 51%, sugar 49%. Total sugar content: 60 grams per 100 grams.

Damson Jelly
A delicious sweet jelly with a sharp bite, good on toast or can be used in sauces and gravy’s for extra flavour. Please note that this jelly is of limited stock in a ‘bad plum year’.
Ingredients: Damsons 51%, sugar 49%. Total sugar content: 60 grams per 100 grams.

Wild Hedgerow Jelly
A wonderful jelly made with fruits grown wild and harvested from the hedgerows.
Ingredients: Elderberries, apples, damsons, rose hips, sugar. Total sugar content: 60 grams per 100 grams.
